Our carefully selected therapists and instructors have a proven record of ensuring their guests are left feeling well during and after their classes. Golowi Wellbeing, offer wellbeing days and retreats that are focused on yoga practice and meditation or self-expression through dance. Golowi (Cornish for Glow or Illuminate) incorporates movement and the beautiful nature of our Cornish landscape, offering you the chance to connect with like minds and find a sense of revitalized energy.
During the summer months we run weekly dance and yoga classes at the hotel on the lawn and in the studio with Golowi.
Melanie Philp from Your True Nature takes a deep dive into learning and experiencing the benefits of cold-water swimming to provide a bespoke approach to exploring the benefits of cold-water immersion for boosting mental health, physical well-being and growing your confidence. Using the open water at Mullion Harbour or the safety of our outdoor pool the experience of the water to aid in your therapy is a truly unique experience.

Yoga Flow
Every Wednesday from 29th January 2025 between 6:30pm and 8pm
An opportunity to find space in breath and movement. Gill will guide you through a 90-minute class which is suitable for all abilities. This class incorperates yoga poses with breath work and relaxation to find a sense of coming home to our body.

YOGA Wellness Day

Our Yoga Wellness Experiences at Mullion Cove Hotel begin with an energising asana practice either in the studio or on the lawn.
During your day we will delve into the inner workings of the holistic benefits of yoga as well as explore the practice at deeper level than you would during a regular class. Savour a delicious lunch on the terrace or in the restaurant overlooking Mullion Island and then immerse yourself in the sublime spa.

DANCE EXPERIENCE DAYS

A fun day where you get to express your true self through dance. With led and choreographed sessions, as well as the opportunity to allow your body to take the lead, with a safe and judgment free space to create your own movement. This liberating day also include a session the spa, lunch and nature immersion. .

Gill Sadler has been an inbody practitioner for 15 years, she is an award winning dance teacher and an intuitive yoga (300 hours) teacher. She prides herself in working with ALL people young and old, her sessions are accessible, holistic and compassionate.
Kathryn White specialises in yoga for all body types, her philosophy is that everybody is a yoga body. Her sessions are easy to follow yet creative, her light hearted manner makes her classes really welcoming, but underpinned by her breadth of knowledge of yoga philosophy, pranayama and traditional asana practice. She is a certified 500 hour yoga teacher.
Both Gill and Kathryn are from the Lizard Peninsula, they have been close friends for over 30 years, their connection with each other and the landscape is tangible and inclusive in their offerings.
Melanie Philps is passionate about counselling and cold water swimming. She has a deep love and connection with nature itself and finds herself deeply connected with its healing benefits which she combines in her therapy practice. She believe in the innate ability to heal in the right conditions. It is very important to her to provide a safely held space for clients to be able to share honestly and openly and work on their goals or difficulties.
