Tea and coffee making facilities can be found in your room, please contact Reception if you would like further supplies. If you would like fresh milk, please call * for Reception.

There is a minuimum charge of 50p to call an outside line. Calls to local lines are then charged from 25p per
minute and internationall calls are charged from £1.00 per minute. Please speak to reception for a full tariff
breakdown and premium call tariff. There is no charge for room to room calls

Baby Listening and Sitting
Baby Listening devices are available from Reception and we can arrange a baby-sitter for you if you kindly give us notice.
Check Out Time
We kindly request that you vacate your room by 11.00am on the day of your departure. If you require an extension, please contact reception and we’ll try our hardest to accommodate this, however, a small charge may occur for later check outs.
Housekeeping
Our housekeeping team will service your bedroom on a daily basis. Extra blankets are provided for you in the wardrobe. Should you have any special requirements or wish for your room to not be serviced then please contact Reception. If you wish for your towels to be replaced then please pop them in the bath, if not we will put them back on the towel rail for re-use. Should you require extra towels, pillows or hangers then please contact reception. We ask that you do not use the white towels for fake tan or make up removal.
Heating
Every bedroom has individually controlled electric heating. If you require additional heating or help programming the radiators then please contact Reception.
Room Keys
We do ask that when you leave for the day that you leave your keys at Reception so that we know which residents are here and who has gone out for the day.
Water
We provide still mineral water in your bedroom, which we filter here at Mullion Cove. Housekeeping will replenish your water if is less than half full when they service your room. We do ask that you leave the bottles here with us. If you do wish to purchase these re-usable glass bottles then please contact reception where a new one is available at the cost of £6.95.

All day grazing in the Glenbervie bar 12pm until 9pm
Afternoon Teas and sandwiches 12pm until 5pm
Dinner in the Atlantic Restaurant 6.30pm until 8.45pm
Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 8am until 10am everyday in the Atlantic View Restaurant. Breakfast includes an extensive cold buffet in addition to a selection from the hot breakfast menu. We have a limited number of window tables in the restaurant so a sea view cannot be guaranteed.
Glenbervie Bar
The Glenbervie Bar and Bistro is open daily from 10am for morning Refreshments and food is served all day from our all day grazing menu from noon until 9pm. If you wish to dine in the Bistro for lunch or dinner, then please book a time with Reception or call the bar by pressing the bar button on your telephone.
Atlantic View Restaurant
If you have made your reservation on the basis of dinner, bed and breakfast we will have reserved a table for you in the Restaurant. Please contact Reception if you did not reserve a time for dinner upon check in, there is a smart dress code.
Dietary Requirements
Please let Reception know if you have any special dietary requirements that you fell we should know about and our chefs will do their upmost to accommodate these. All of our menus do have allergen information listed on them for your knowledge.
Children’s Menu
A Children’s Menu is available for lunch and dinner in the Glenbervie Bar – Please be advised that we do not allow children in high chairs the Atlantic View Restaurant for dinner.
Cornish Cream and Afternoon Teas.
Delicious Cornish Cream Teas and full Afternoon Teas are available in our lounges or the Glenbervie Bar from midday until 6.pm.
Packed Lunches & Picnics
We are happy to provide packed lunches or hamper picnics. An order form is included in this folder, please complete the form and hand it to Reception before 8pm the evening before you require it.
Seafood Platter
Chef’s delicious sea food platters are available with 24 hours’ notice please ask Reception to view chef’s seafood menus.
Room Service
We are happy to serve meals, snacks and Refreshments in your room, please refer to our room service menu for further details.
Special Requests
We will try and accommodate any specials requests, such as birthday cakes, speciality ingredients flowers, chocolates or favourite items. Please speak to Reception if you have any such requests.

Hotel Services
Reception
Reception is open from 8am until 10pm daily and can be contacted by dialling * The duty Manager is available 24 hours.
Internet Access
Complimentary Wireless Broadband Internet access is available throughout the hotel. Please ask at Reception for the current password.
Any guest mail received by the hotel will be taken to your room.
Dog Friendly
With our fantastic location for coastal walking Mullion Cove hotel warmly welcomes dogs and every dog is greeted with their own special ‘Welcome Pack’ when they stay with us highlighting ‘Dog Friendly’ beaches and places to visit. We ask however, that all Dog Owners are very respectful of the ‘Mullion Dog Code of Conduct’ and considerate of all guests staying with us. On the ground floor, the front lounge is dog friendly. There is a bin for dog owners to use located on the cliff top near the turning circle.
Credit Cards
Mullion Cove Hotel accepts all major credit and debit cards but not diner’s club cards.
Laundry Facilities
We have a guest iron and ironing board available from Reception if there is not one in your room already.
Laundry can be left at Reception and will be returned within 48 hours, please leave your washing in the bag provided in this folder along with the laundry form.
Weather Reports
A BBC local weather report is displayed daily on the table opposite Reception.
Car Park
We offer free car parking opposite the hotel entrance, there is also an overflow car park on the right hand side of the turning circle. Guests are asked to leave the spaces inform of the main door for drop offs and disabled guests.
Swimming Pool
Our Air Source heated pool (open May to October), situated in the garden overlooking the harbour, is a popular place for a refreshing dip and sunbathe. Should the entrance gate be locked a key can be collected from Reception as can towels if required. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8.15am to 10am the pool will be closed for maintenance. Guests are asked to follow the safety procedures which are displayed pool side and sign in and out at Reception. Children MUST be accompanied by an adult.

Porterage
We are happy to help with porterage on arrival and departure as required please just ask Reception.
Post
Any outgoing post requiring posting that day should be left with Reception please by 2pm. Mullion Post Office is situated in the Old School building on the right hand side as you travel from Mullion Cove to Mullion Village.
Complaints
They happen in the best of places, should you have any problems we would like the opportunity to resolve it. Please contact the Duty Manager who will be more than happy to discuss any issue you may have in an attempt to rectify any problems.

The reception team would be delighted to provide information about our hotel facilities, as well as shopping, excursions and other activities.
General Information
Smoking Policy
For the comfort of all our guests, and in compliance with Health and Safety Legislation 2007, we are a non-smoking environment. A charge of £75 will apply for the refreshing of the fabrics should you be found to have smoked inside the property. Smoking is permitted in the gardens and terrace area, please use the ashtrays provided.
Valuables
The hotel has a safe where we can store your valuables if you wish.
Please be advised that the hotel cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of guest valuables.
Illness
It is important for the health, safety and comfort of all guests that the hotel is aware of any viral or bacterial illness amongst guests causing symptoms of vomiting, diarrhoea, nausea, abdominal cramps and headache. If you have any of these symptoms must report to the Reception where an illness report may be completed. All guests are required to report any gastrointestinal illness to the Hotel Manager or reception – even if self-medicating.
Gratuities
We are most fortunate that many of our guests very generously leave a staff gratuity after their stay. A common question is ‘What happens to the tip?’ We operate a tronc system where tips are shared fairly and openly amongst all staff. We believe this is the fairest system as it includes everyone, including some that work behind the scenes, but are nevertheless a vital part of the team.
Another frequently asked question is ‘Can a tip be paid by credit card?’ Yes it can, the payment will be added to the tronc fund whether paid by cash or card.

Fire Regulations
Please familiarise yourself with the notice on the back of your bedroom door. In the event of a fire, raise the alarm by breaking the glass in the nearest fire alarm call point. Please follow the exit signs for the nearest exit. Assemble by turning circle, just past the hotel - please DO NOT stop to collect your valuables or return to your room. If you are hard of hearing and feel you would not hear the alarm, or if you think you would require special assistance, please inform Reception immediately.
